Window Installation Company Seeking New Crew Member
Who are we?
Our company has been installing windows and doors for over 30 years in the greater Denver area. We primarily work in residential areas, tearing out old windows and replacing them with new ones. We have an excellent reputation for doing great work, and we get most of our new clients from word-of-mouth.
Who are you?
Competence: Prior experience with window installation is not required, but definitely a plus. Must have some experience in construction/remodeling/physical labor. We are willing to teach you if you are willing to learn! The work is physically demanding, so be ready to lift heavy objects and keep up with a hard-working crew.
Character: Do you have a good work ethic? Are you trustworthy? Do you come to work on time? Dependability is a must if you want to be a part of our team. We hold ourselves to a high standard when it comes to our work, and we pride ourselves on the quality of our installs. We don't cut corners or sweep things under the rug, and neither should you.
Chemistry: Our success as a crew is based on our ability to work well together. You must be a team player, willing to help out wherever needed. We are looking for someone who doesn't avoid the difficult tasks, but is willing to jump in and help get things done.
