Requirements from you…
Appropriate transportation to install projects for your trade
Tools. We can possibly help in this category for the right candidates
3 - 5 years' experience in your trade.
Ability to pass a background check.
Ability to work “face to face” with customers. This is an installation position and therefore direct, daily, clear communication is required on a daily basis.
Daily communication with your support team, “project manager / office”
Ability to manage yourself. We don’t have babysitters. We are looking for competent installers that want security for themselves and their families.
Responsibilities
Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
Install all contracts with honor, pride, and dedication to customer satisfaction
