Be Incorporated with Fed Tax ID
Professional appearance
Be able to communicate with customers
Have references with good standing
Have attention to detail and great work ethic
Reliable Vehicle to carry windows/supplies for jobs. Must have working mobile phone.
All tools,etc to get job done in a professional manner
AAMA and RRP Lead Cert a plus! You can get the Certs after hire if you don't have .
Be available Mon-Friday, and some Saturday Am's if needed.
Drug Free
Be able to collect check from homeowner at end of job
Keep a clean jobsite and protect customers home from damage
Be able to keep to a tight schedule , you will set your own schedule once jobs are assigned
Experience with replacement work in occupied homesWe do NOT do new construction
Top pay for qualified crews
We supply all caulk, coil, trim , foam, shims to get the job done right
We supply dumpsters at our shop for all debris-saves you time and money
$165-250 per window depending on job size, type of window, tear out /replace type
$525 -900 per entry door installed depending on install/type/door size,etc
Small jobs can pay more!
