Working Superintendent capable of leading underground crew for new construction apartment and hotel type work.
Must have full knowledge reading plans, pulling measurements from column lines and pins as required for plumbing installation.
Must be capable of communicating with builders & inspectors as required. Must be able to operate excavator and skid steer equipment to help crew as needed.
Pay is based on experience and negotiable for the right person.
Clean driving record is a must.
Must be willing to travel. Lodging, company truck provided.
