Productive steady growing company with integrity, honesty, and strong work ethic known as Metro Pavers Inc is seeking applications for heavy equipment/truck mechanic full-time and part-time. Mechanic must show ability and effort in trouble-shooting, diagnosing, preventative maintenance and regular service intervals. Equipment that will be serviced but not limited to are tandem dump truck, trailers, skids, rollers, pavers, small equipment.
Mechanic must be able to perform:
-Diagnose and trouble-shoot mechanical issues
-Perform D.O.T Annual Inspections
-Perform preventive maintenance and services
-Perform quality repairs on equipment/trucks
-Perform all repairs in a safe manner
-Must be able to be on time to work.
All applicants must provide:
-Have a minimum of 1 years experience
-Tools needed to perform job listed
-Reliable transportation to work
-Be able to work Monday-Friday
-Valid drivers license is a plus but not required
-A great attitude toward work and others
-Most important be a self starter and have the attitude to take pride in the equipment as it is their own
