Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in FORT COLLINS, Colorado. This role primarily involves administrative tasks and customer service in a fast-paced environment. The Front Desk Coordinator will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the front desk functions.Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service. Answer and direct calls through a multi-line phone system, ensuring every call is attended to professionally and promptly. Assist with concierge services, providing information and guidance to guests as needed. Execute administrative tasks, including data entry and organizing files, ensuring optimal office efficiency. Utilize Microsoft Excel for various administrative and reporting tasks. Manage department mail, ensuring all correspondence is distributed correctly. Leverage interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and team members. Utilize Great Plains (GPAC) for various administrative tasks. Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, escalating complex issues where necessary. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary. Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role such as Front Desk Coordinator or Administrative Assistant Proven experience with administrative assistance tasks Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems Excellent customer service skills and proven ability to handle customer queries and complaints Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting purposes Experience with organizing files and maintaining a smooth office workflow Ability to manage department mail and correspondence efficiently Familiarity with Great Plains (GPAC) software would be an advantage.
