## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and quality standards while adhering to food safety regulations. We are a "from scratch kitchen" and offer our team the opportunity to learn/work any station in the kitchen, including how to make the best pizzas in Northern Colorado :-)
## Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
- Cook and plate menu items accurately and efficiently
- Ensure the kitchen and food preparation areas meet sanitation standards
- Monitor food levels and replenish items as needed
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure high-quality service
## Qualifications
- Proven experience working in a professional kitchen environment
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Certification from a culinary school or relevant field is a plus
