The Greenbriar Inn is a fine dining restaurant with a 52 year tradition of exceptional American cuisine, fine wine, and elegant service in a unique Colorado country inn atmosphere . The restaurant is located 7 miles north of Boulder and is open six days a week for dinner and serves a champagne buffet brunch on Sunday. In addition to the a la carte service, The Greenbriar Inn also hosts weddings and private events up to 300 guests. We pride ourselves on being a scratch kitchen using only the freshest ingredients incorporating seasonal herbs & produce from our on-site 7,000 sq ft natural gardens, house made stocks, sauces, and desserts. We have The Wine Spectators "Best of Award of Excellence" for our extensive wine cellar with over 800 selections. The Greenbriar Inn has an opportunity for the right candidate to join our team as a manager . This is a highly responsible position and we are only interested in bright, upbeat & positive, self motivated, goal oriented individuals with great customer service skills, strong wine knowledge and successful fine dining management history.
Candidate Requirements:
Three years of restaurant management experience
Sommelier or Strong wine knowledge to manage our award winning cellar
Experience actually having worked as a fine dining waiter, bartender, host, and floor manager
Must be a natural charismatic leader capable of hiring, scheduling, training, and motivating our front of the house staff
Must be extremely reliable, honest, patient, dependable and a happy individual
Must be comfortable working 45-55 hours a week
