Looking for a motivated/hardworking individual(s) to assist in maintaining large private property and remodeling work. Majority of projects are in Fort Collins. Part time or full time. Projects currently are scheduled through mid November. Sub contractors welcome (hourly rate BOE/negotiable) Lots of different projects with different skill set requirements. Experience NOT required but it is preferred. Learn lots of various skilled trades. All tools provided. WILL TRAIN for the following tasks:
- Light landscaping
- Pruning
- weed wacking
- fence install/repair
- non structural framing
- deck construction
- pergola construction
- drywall repair
- metal fabrication and prep
- sprinkler install
- plumbing and electrical
- tile work
- painting
as well as many other tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
-good attitude
-valid drivers license
-reliable transportation
-able to lift/squat/carry 50lbs
-punctuality
