MGI Mechanical Services is looking for a full time HVAC Installation Coordinator and Administrative Associate to join our growing team. We are a diversified HVAC company who plans on seeing significant growth over the next few years.
This position allows an incredible opportunity to get in on the ground level and help build on the relationships we have currently developed and our future ones as well.
Compensation to be based on experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous office experience is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills are a must.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient with Xcel, Word, Power Point
- General understanding of dispatching and service software (Service Titan preferred)
- Dispatch and industry experience is preferred
- Understanding budgets and the ability to modify proposals
The position will be responsible for the following:
- Answering phones and customer support
- Setting sales leads and following up with customers
- Tracking employee time and processing payroll
- Purchasing
- Registering customer equipment
- Updating proposals in our database
- Processing utility rebates
- General collections
- Working with the General Manager on Company projects
- Working with General Manager on process development and operational procedure.

Pay range $18.00 - $25.00 to start. Experience in dispatching and the industry can add additional pay merit
