Small town gardening and hydroponics shop seeking an engaged and committed team
member. Our customers are like family, and you would be supporting them and their day-to-day needs
in a fast-paced and growing retail store. You will also be providing knowledge, insight, and service to our
commercial business customers. We are a very small company, so be prepared to wear many hats
(janitorial, snow removal, watering plants, etc.).

Practical skills and job requirements
- Prior retail sales experience
- Demonstrated hydroponic and gardening product knowledge
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash registers, financial transactions, and balancing drawers
- Intermediate computer knowledge
- Comfortable upselling and promoting certain products when appropriate and fitting of
customer’s needs
- General indoor cannabis cultivation knowledge such as lighting, HVAC, CO2 systems, nutrients,
grow medium, etc.
- General horticultural/gardening knowledge
- Ordering and receiving
- Inventory and stocking
- Invoicing
- Ability to operate a forklift (or quickly learn) to receive orders and move pallets
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly
- Able to receive orders outdoors in various weather conditions
