Established local custom cabinet company looking to fill a panel line position. Preference would be to find a candidate with experience with CNC nested panel processor, edgebanding machine and/or beam saw. Willing to train candidate with woodworking experience.
The main responsibility of this position requires assistance in the processing of sheetgood products for high end European style cabinetry. This will involve handling & processing veneer, melamine & raw sheet materials using modern automated & manual machinery as well as other woodworking tools. Applicants must have understanding of standard hand tools, basic cabinetry skills, be physically able to move & organize raw materials, cabinet parts & miscellaneous items, read & understand shop drawings and cut lists and contribute to quality control. Experience will be helpful but willing to train the right person that is highly motivated & excited for the opportunity to learn & contribute to a team environment.
Good appearance, personal presentation and the ability to work well with others in a shop environment required.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process Euro-style cabinet components
- Organize & complete processes per directives
- Assist in other areas of shop when needed
- Contribute quality control
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Familiarity with woodworking tools, including hand tools & floor equipment.
- Read & comprehend shop drawings & cut lists
- Safe operation of panel processing equipment.
- Knowledge of machining processes
- Personally organized, self-motivated, dependable & focused
PAY BASED ON:
- Previous woodworking and/or machining experience
- Woodworking/Cabinet industry experience

CNC routers
Edgebanders
Beam, sliding & table saws
General cabinetry & machining and/or assembly experience
