Appliance Repair Technician – Join Our Growing Team in Northern Colorado
Compensation: $700-$1500+/wk
Competitive per-job rates based on experience
Commissions on work orders, refurbished unit sales, and select service up-sales

Location: Northern Colorado Front Range (Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, and surrounding areas)
Description:
Perform home appliance assessments and repairs M-F 8:30am - 5pm per scheduled route.
Document customers visits, build estimates, invoice customers, and update team schedule as needed on company field service software.
Order and retrieve parts from centrally-located parts warehouse for repairs.
Occasionally assist or perform appliance installations.
Act as a sales consultant for customers, upselling refurbished unit inventory when applicable (w/ commission).

Qualifications:
Experience: 1+ yr experience repairing full scope of home appliances.
Mechanical Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to understand and work with mechanical systems.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and find solutions to complex issues.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to skillfully guide customers through the service and product sales process.
Valid Driver's License & Vehicle: Reliable transportation is essential.
Willingness to Learn and Improve: Eagerness to take feedback, improve skills and take on new challenges.
Teamwork Skills: Must have the humility and communication skills necessary to coordinate with and support your teammates when needed.
Bonus Qualifications (Not Required):
EPA Certification: 608 certification is a plus.
Prior Experience: Experience with electrical systems, sealed systems, plumbing, or HVAC is beneficial.
Training & Education:
Access to Service Alliance SOPs
Master technician and owner (Mike McDonald) on call to talk through diagnostic and repair issues, and provide tips and knowledge.
Proven techs will be eligible for continued Sealed Systems training, etc. through Master Samurai and other technical training schools.
