We are currently interested in Hiring an experienced Technician with 5+ years of experience, (For the right person shop foreman position) and you'll need to be able to diagnose and complete repairs. Certifications aren't required, but they are a plus. We are a paperless shop. Each tech is provided a tablet, a laptop, and a second screen.
Our service advisors estimate and present everything; our techs recommend getting you as many hours as possible. While maintaining the highest level of ethics and doing what's right for our customers.
We offer a 5-day workweek with no weekends, paid holidays, paid time off, an IRA with company matching, Weekly tool allowance that grows every year. Access to our shop on the weekends for personal and family vehicles. Plus, we have a private lake nearby that every employee has access to. It's perfect for camping, fishing, and jet skiing.
