Landscape Construction Superintendent
Pay: $75,000 - 85,000 per year (Based on Experience)
Location: Windsor, CO | Full-Time | 40–50 hrs/week | Year-Round Work

We’re now looking for a hands-on Landscape Construction Superintendent who leads from the front, works alongside their crew, and actively trains and develops team members in the field.

What You’ll Do
Work directly on job sites daily alongside your crew — not just supervising from a distance.
Train, mentor, and coach crew members in real-time to improve skills and efficiency.
Plan daily and weekly schedules with your supervisor to maximize productivity.
Keep vehicles stocked with tools and supplies to prevent delays.
Walk properties daily to identify, prioritize, and communicate work needs.
Ensure all work meets quality standards & project specifications.
Recognize and reward excellent work.
Maintain safety standards and a clean, organized work environment.
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of hands-on landscape installation experience (stonework, irrigation, planting, grading, soil prep, etc.).
Proven supervisory experience leading crews in the field.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
Proficiency in commercial and residential mainline and lateral installation.
Excellent leadership and teaching skills.
Strong problem solving & Communication skills
Safety-first mindset.
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record.
Bilingual in English & Spanish a strong plus.
