Experience in the Plant Helath Care industry preferred but not required – we are willing to train.
Requirements:
- Must possess and maintain a valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record.
- Must be able to work skillfully in all weather conditions.
- Must be self-motivated to work independently without continuous supervision or direction.
- Must be friendly, personable and customer focused.
- Must have a great attitude, excellent listening & verbal communication skills.
Job Duties:
- Complete various PHC services including fertilization and pest management on trees, shrubs and lawns using spray and injection tools.
- Calibrate sprayers and spreaders, perform accurate measurements and mixing of fertilizer/pesticide/herbicide products.
- Tree/Plant Identification
- Examine, diagnose, and treat any pests and/or diseases conditions on trees, shrubs, and lawns.
- Read an EPA regulated pesticide label.
