We are a Rental Management Services Firm.
We take care of an Apartment Building, Single Family Homes, Mobile Homes, a Ranch, and a Horse Barn.
We do all tasks that we can, sub out those that are beyond our skills.
We have all of the tools that we need, a back hoe, and a dump truck.
We are looking for an employee who can maintain, remodel, build, demolish, clean, or mow.
In the last year we: Dry walled a house
Installed fence
Dredged a lake
Installed hardwood flooring
Replaced 1000' of sewer mainline
Sprayed fields for thistle
Painted five houses outside
Painted seven houses inside
Replaced underground gas lines and water lines
Built three decks
Re-roofed two houses
Re sided a house
Re-wired two houses
Rebuilt two kitchens
Replaced six toilets
Replaced six water services
Made and installed a Steel fence
You get the idea. I need someone who is not afraid to tackle whatever life puts in front of us. I need someone who can work with others to keep eighty something rentals working, day after day. This person will be an hourly employee. They will be covered by workers comp and taxes will be withheld from their check. Most work weeks will be 40 hours, sometimes in an emergency, overtime will be required.
Ideal candidate will have experience in building, excavating, and (or) remodeling and a willingness to learn how to do new things. Rough and or finish carpentry skills are essential. Neatness and quality workmanship is a must. Grandpa used to say "perfect is good enough" I live by that.
