Description:Actalent is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 3-7 years of experience to join the team of a firm in Golden, CO. Candidates should have experience working on HVAC design for commercial projects, be proficient in Revit, and possess either an EIT or PE.About the firm:One of their biggest initiatives as a firm is to always continue to grow. They are always looking for people who are interested as growing as leaders, becoming owners in the company, running a team, opening a new office, etc.The firm works on a wide variety of projects all over the world. Most Engineers will have the opportunity to work on many different project types. Some of these project types include: Sports Facilities, Theaters, Convention Centers, Hospitals, Laboratories, Office Buildings, Municipal Facilities, multifamily and more. Initially this person will likely be working on local projects and long term could work on larger scale national or global projects. Additionally, the firm offers:

Skills & Qualifications:
3-7 years of experience in commercial building design
Either an EIT or PE certification
Ability to mentor and lead more junior staff
Candidates should be knowledgeable in Autodesk Revit software
Must possess BS in Mechanical Engineering
LEED accreditation is a plus
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Internship with MEP company a plus
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Successful experience in project management and client interaction a plus
Demonstrated leadership with staff and projects a plus
