Responsible for the company’s rental trailer fleet:
Prepare, submit, and follow through with all weekly and monthly rental trailer invoicing processes.
Work with vehicle maintenance to create repair invoices for rental equipment repairs and damages.
Own the process for checking out new rentals to renters and then checking back in rentals once returned.
Weekly prepare reporting for Specialized and Regional rental fleets to upper management and supervision.
Coordinate with Maintenance Department for plates, decals, add-on equipment, etc.
Responsible for Rental Trailer Tracking which includes:
Managing all admin features in trailer GPS tracking system (Cargowatch).
Identify and locating missing trailers.
Working with Operations to reposition trailers into shops for repairs or GPS issues to be fixed.
Work with Greeley Breakdown to coordinate repairs in the field when sending to a shop is not feasible.
Assist with moving and reporting within the system trailer status as they move from operational trailers hauling freight, to rental trailers, and then to trailers either being sold or otherwise dispositioned.
Assist shop with entering work orders into the company’s TMT vehicle maintenance system.
Investigate damage reports to company equipment and advise on the possibility of billing back damages to internal customers or pass to risk management to pursue recouping damage from outside parties.
Track Accidents and Weekly reporting for Specialized and Regional operations to upper management and supervision for billback status.
Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
One to three years’ transportation experience preferred.
Strong overall computer skills including data entry Microsoft Excel.
Ability to learn new programs in a timely manner.
Ability to mutli-task in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work as a team player, and independently.
Acute verbal and written communication.
Strong listening skills.
Strong ability for planning and organizing.
Education: High school diploma or GED required.The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

Base salary range of $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
