DescriptionJOB DESCRIPTIONPosition Title: HR CoordinatorDepartment: Human ResourcesLocation: Greeley, COReports to: HR SupervisorPrinciple Responsibilities:

Conduct weekly new hire orientation, including the administration of I-9 documentation and benefit enrollment.

Receive and direct employee relation issues.

Maintain and regularly update HR related databases and reports.

Assist in the maintenance of employee files.

Facilitate Leave of Absence requests, including FMLA.

Respond to unemployment claims and attend hearings on the Company’s behalf.

Recruiting candidates to fill open roles.

Process post-offer recruitment items.

Be an advocate of what a positive relationship with HR looks like by building organizational trust and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Support the rollout and execution of HR projects and new initiatives.

Provide support to employees in various HR-Related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.

Assist with HR tasks which may include, but is not limited to, applicant screening, onboarding, orientation, team member activities and events, performance issues and evaluations policy administration and training.

Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Proficient and professional communication and customer service abilities.

Advanced competency in Microsoft-based software.

Able to master new software systems specific to HR in an efficient manner.

Strong disposition, able to work at a high-level, in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional organizational & time-management skills.

Previous HR experience, preferred.

Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s or associate’s degree preferred.The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

Base salary range of $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
