Salary Range - $75,700.00 - $113,654.00 SalaryThis Program Director position directs three of North Range Behavioral
Health s most exciting programs. The Adult Outpatient Program provides
support for mental health and substance use difficulties, especially for
legally involved clients, and features dynamic relationships with referring
entities from various organizations throughout the region. The clinicians
within this program have the reputation of delivering sophisticated and
evidence-based care and have been a steadfast support for Weld County for
decades. The Jail-Based Behavioral Services program is a collaboration
between the Weld County Jail and North Range. This program is designed to
support and treat incarcerated people whose charges are influenced by, or
directly a consequence of, their mental health and substance use challenges.
This program s vision is to intervene in an individual s life in such a
way that they are released from incarceration to the community with support in
place and in such a way that the individual is less likely to be rearrested.
This program has a successful track record in reducing recidivism. The
Competency Outpatient Restoration program strives to help people who have been
deemed incompetent to proceed in their litigation are returned to competency.
Providers in this role have the structure of a State-provided curriculum and
the creative license to meet the client where they are in the community and
ability so that people can avoid incarceration or forced hospitalization while
they stabilize.Duties Performed:Establish, operationalize, and achieve overall program goals and
strategies through employee support, which may include modifying existing
program services or creating new program services to maintain or enhance
program standing and effectively meet the needs of clients and the community
as assigned by the Program Director.

Oversee the development of comprehensive program policies, procedures,
guidelines, and standards; communicate and support agency and program
objectives, policies, and policy changes. Enforce policies and procedures
related to employment laws, program guidelines, regulatory compliance, and safe
Analyze data and utilize/prepare a variety of reports to assist with
evaluating services, capacity, and in response to state inquiries or
regulations; evaluate and verify the accuracy of relevant reporting data.
Use data on an ongoing basis in planning, implementation, and review of
team members and processes.
Uphold and ensure quality program performance, including revenue goals and
procedures, documentation standards, penetration, compliance, fidelity
measures, and other program performance variables.
Assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant
information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations
and/or resolve the problems in a proactive and timely manner.
Effectively liaise and collaborate with colleagues in respect to clinical
planning, service delivery, and cross-division issues to ensure the
effectiveness and efficiency of the program(s). Keep executive management
informed of administrative and legislative issues or changes in the program are
