Description:

Reception duties including answering and transferring phone calls, and greeting visitors

Responsible for all office related administrative tasks:

Maintain HR filing system

Assist with resume reviews, and scheduling interviews when needed

Support preparation of reporting and billing allocations

Demonstrate solid judgment and absolute discretion in dealing with confidential information

Work with vendors and building management to maintain the office space

Responsible for scheduling meetings and conference preparation

Organize and coordinate office events, celebrations, and team-building activities

Cleaning, stocking, and re-stocking of break rooms, conference rooms, common areas etc.

Assist with monthly expense reimbursement reports

Produce and distribute various company communications

Collect and distribute mail daily

Manage office supplies, inventory, and office equipment

Ensure high level of customer service in all interactions

Identify and implement process improvements

Create a positive and collaborative work environment by consistently maintaining a professional attitude

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in office management or administrative role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Customer service mindset

Professional written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail

Must be a self-starter and have problem-solving skills
