We are seeking a highly qualified, dynamic, and experienced individual to join the Debit Processing Service (DPS) Operations team as the Director of Product Operations. This role will focus on driving process improvements, enhancing tools, introducing key efficiencies across the organization and creating product performance data analysis with the objective of improving data driven decision, productivity, and customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product operations, a passion for optimizing workflows, and a proven record of accomplishment. This role will report to VP, DPS OperationsKey ResponsibilitiesLeadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a product operations team to increase their influence and impact across their product, technology and client services teams to achieve organizational goals.Operational Oversight: Own and oversee operational team, ensuring they are effectively leading and executing operational activities.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to design, automate, optimize, implement processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.Tools Enhancement: Evaluate and enhance existing tools to support operational activities impacting product, technology, and client services.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, technology, client services, and other departments to align operational processes with organizational objectives.Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and support for operational initiatives.Data-driven Decision Making: Drive and maintain key product operational metrics and enable data to identify opportunities for improvements.Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of process improvements and tool enhancements.Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and staying abreast of industry best practices.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
