We are seeking a highly qualified, dynamic, and experienced individual to join the Debit Processing Service (DPS) Operations team as Product Operations Manager. This role will focus on building data and riving and implementing business and customer insights with the objective of improving data driven decisions, productivity, and customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product operations, and a proven record of accomplishment. This role will report to VP, DPS OperationsKey ResponsibilitiesData Insights Design and Implementation:Develop and implement business and market insights to drive data-driven decisions.Best Practices Advocacy:Promote best practices in data instrumentation and ensure adherence to industry standards.Reporting:Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to provide actionable insights and support the decision-making process.Prepare team and executive level reports to inform operational health and performance.Automation:Identify and implement opportunities to automate data correlation processes, enhancing efficiency and visibility.Cross-functional Collaboration:Interface with product management, technology, commercialization, client services and other departments to identify and address areas of need to accelerate drive data-driven decisions.Stakeholder Engagement:Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for operational initiatives.Continuous Improvement:Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and staying abreast of industry best practices. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
