Description We are seeking a Billing Clerk to join our team in Lakewood, Colorado. This role involves handling a variety of accounting and customer service tasks within the telecom industry. Responsibilities: Manage customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process Maintain and update customer credit records regularly Responsibly handle customer credit inquiries and resolve them in a timely manner Monitor customer credit accounts and take necessary action for delinquent payments Utilize accounting software systems and Microsoft Office Suite for various accounting functions Execute billing functions accurately and efficiently Handle claim administration tasks effectively Deliver customer service that aligns with company standards Use IBM AS/400 and ADP - Financial Services for collection processes. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.
