Description We are actively seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team in LAKEWOOD, Colorado, in the Construction/Contractor industry. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing employee benefits, handling compensation matters, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Responsibilities: Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with COBRA regulations Handle compensation matters and ensure alignment with company policies Use ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for various HR functions Utilize Ceridian for benefits administration and other HR tasks Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance in compensation and benefits matters Administer claims effectively and in a timely manner Use Cisco Webex Meetings for virtual communications and meetings Leverage CRM for managing customer relationships and improving business operations Perform benefits-related functions as required Ensure effective communication with employees regarding compensation and benefits matters. Requirements Must possess expertise in ADP - Financial Services. Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now is required. Should have experience in working with Ceridian. Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings is necessary. CRM skills are crucial for this role. Must have a strong background in Auditing. Knowledge of Benefit Functions is required. Should be skilled in Claim Administration. Experience in Cobra Administration is necessary. Excellent communication skills are a must for this role.
