Job Title: Engineering TechnicianJob DescriptionWe have an opportunity for a Contract Electronics Assembly and Solder Technician for up to 6 months located in Littleton, CO. We are looking for someone who is excited about the challenges of operating commercial electronics in the harshness of space. In this role, you will be responsible for the following: Responsibilities Working under a microscope to build electrical assemblies utilizing ECAD drawings, procedures, and specifications in a FOD and ESD controlled environment Assist design engineers with circuit board rework and assembly for prototyping or for flight per IPC J-STD-001 standards Maintain the inventory of hardware and electronic components, tracking of hardware status and location, working with Quality Assurance for equipment calibration, and shipping and maintenance of laboratory equipment Design laboratory managementHard Skills
Building precision optical/electrical/mechanical assemblies
Soldering electrical/electronic components and assemblies
Reading schematics
Understanding of electronics
Working with Advanced Power Electrical Systems
Patching up multiple PCBs
Soft Skills
Ability to work closely with Engineering group
