Collaborating with a motivated, cross-functional team, you'll design business systems for our enterprise, wholesale and 5G network services portfolio. DISH aims to disrupt the market by empowering partners and customers with cutting-edge network tools and capabilities. You'll lead the design of systems supporting our Enterprise Business.Key Responsibilities:In this role, you will:

Act as a technical liaison between stakeholders, development teams, sales, marketing, and support.

Manage feature delivery for multi-organizational products across releases in Jira.

Identify new functionalities and gaps, collaborating with business partners and IT to mitigate.

Define and track technical KPIs, ensuring product compliance with technical standards.

Communicate technical feature delivery performance through reports and dashboards.

Mentor junior product managers and technical team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

Skills, Experience and RequirementsAs a successful Staff Business System Engineer, you will have:Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.

8+ years in technical product management, handling full product lifecycle.

4+ years building collaborative cross-organizational relationships, preferably with digital customer platforms.

Extensive experience using Jira and Rally for software development management.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product discovery/validation.

Proven track record of high-quality product delivery and B2B partner platform management.

Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset driving desired outcomes.

Skilled in managing cross-functional teams with emotional intelligence.

Technical proficiency and ability to understand complex concepts, with a passion for leading product development.

Enthusiastic communicator and advocate, driven by curiosity, continuous learning, and team development.
