Description:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable worker to assist with the installation of T posts for fencing. Ideal candidates will have experience with T posts as well as a broad range of construction skills. This will be about 6 months worth of work. If you have at least 5 years of work experience in construction and can demonstrate your ability to install T posts, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Install T posts for fencing according to specifications
- Perform other construction tasks as needed based on experience
- Ensure posts are securely anchored and properly aligned
- Work independently or collaboratively with a team
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in construction
- Experience with T post installation for fencing is preferred
- Ability to operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Must be clean and maintain a drug-free lifestyle
- Clean background check required
