We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Grower to join our cultivation operation. This role is ideal for someone who can wear many hats and thrives in a hands-on, dynamic environment.
As the Lead Grower, you will oversee daily cultivation operations, from propagation to harvest, while ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency. This is a unique opportunity to grow with a company that values sustainability, innovation, and integrity.
Responsibilities
Cultivation Management
Oversee all phases of plant growth, from cloning/propagation to harvest.
Maintain plant health, pest prevention, and nutrient schedules.
Implement best practices for organic and regenerative growing methods.
Team & Operations Oversight
Lead and train cultivation staff.
Organize and delegate daily tasks.
Ensure all operations meet compliance standards.
Facilities & Process
Manage lighting, irrigation, and environmental controls.
Track yields, metrics, and maintain accurate records.
Assist in post-harvest processes (drying, curing, trimming).
Qualifications
Proven experience as a cultivator or lead grower (cannabis industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of plant care, nutrients, pest management, and compliance.
Ability to manage a team, problem-solve, and adapt to changing needs.
Comfortable working in a hands-on environment with physical tasks.
Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow within the company.
Compensation & Benefits
$18.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience and skillset.
