+ Exceptional resident relations and customer service skills knows how to build a community.
+ Ability to prioritize tasks and ensure their completion.
+ Thinks like an owner and takes pride in creating a clean, orderly and successful property.
+ Can effectively work with and manage maintenance staff.
+ Good sales skills knows how to market the community well.
+ Spanish-language skills not mandatory but preferred.
