We are looking for an assistant manager to oversee Sauce on the Blue in Silverthorne CO. This restaurant is one of the busiest in Summit County and has been voted Best of Summit multiple times.
This position will include managing daily front of the house operations, including:
- Maintaining and ensuring excellent customer service for all of our guests
- Managing the FOH schedule
- Hiring FOH staff
- Reporting sales and costing numbers
About you:
- Minimum of 3 years restaurant / hospitality management experience
- You want to live in the mountains (or already live in Summit County, CO)
- You enjoy a fast paced job.
