Coffee and Tea Market (C&T) is located at the base of Winter Park Resort in the Balcony House. C&T has been a local's favorite for the past 40 years serving a variety of pastries, breakfast, sandwiches, soups and a wide selection of beverages. We are counter-service so customers order at the counter and then take a seat and pick up their food from the kitchen counter. No full table-service.
We are currently seeking to fill ALL positions for the 2024-2025 Winter Season! Positions include:
- Full-time Kitchen Lead Line Cook
- Full-time Front of House Manager
- Barista/Bartender/Cashiers (full-time preferred but will consider part-time for the right people)
- Dishwasher (part-time- weekends required)

Hourly wages are $14.42-$22.00+TIPS depending on position. Tips are pooled and split evenly based on hours. Tips averaged $20/hour last season meaning average wage+tips, depending on position, is $35-42/Hour
Winter season will run early-November until the end of April. Unfortunately, we don't have any housing available for employees.
