Our main competitor just closed shop, so it's up to us to pick up the slack and we're needing to add some staff to the Family for the remainder of the season and beyond!
Foremost, we need to hire an experienced Chef and Prep Cook. We prefer our hire to be someone with Asian food experience, but not necessary for the right, creative candidate. We serve both Asian and American food and are open to utilizing your Chef's skills to make our guests happy, which is most important.

Our current kitchen menu is fairly basic, so it wouldn't take but a couple of days to get up to speed. The candidate we hire will have the ability to develop our upcoming Summer season menu, within the parameters of what our guests expectations are. It's all about the guest!
The remainder of Winter season runs through the second weekend in April, at which point we'll close for a short three weeks after the Mountain closes down. However, we are only closed for those few weeks because business is good here on the River during the month of May and gives us the opportunity to dial in our staff before the busy busy Summer season hits.
Pay is in line with industry standards in Steamboat, but is certainly based on what you bring to the table with the potential to achieve bonuses. It all starts with care and skill, and if you have these then you're the people we're looking for.
Note: We are located in the best location in all of downtown Steamboat, right at the confluence of the Yampa River and Butcherknife Creek and do a live music concert series Sunday's on our Riverside stage.
