The VRD is seeking a Concession & Event Manager serving the Dobson Ice Arena and Ford Park, Full Time Hourly- Fully Benefitted position. Wage Dependent on Experience (DOE).
This position will manage the operation of concessions and events at Dobson Ice Arena and concessions at Ford Park. The manager will be responsible for running daily F&B operations, scheduling, daily and monthly financial reports, ordering, inventory, working with HR for hiring and recruiting, providing F&B services for special events and more. This position will be considered a member of the VRD Food & Beverage senior management team. It will also be required to assist on occasion in management functions with the F&B team at the Vail Golf and Nordic Clubhouse.
Minimum of 2 Years of F&B managerial experience.
Ideal candidate will be confident preforming self-directed work, have strong leadership skills, excel in organization and detail-oriented tasks, and demonstrate an extensive knowledge of event operations.
