We are looking for a general manager at Sauce on Copper, a family style Italian restaurant and a member of our Sauce Family Restaurant Group, with locations in Breckenridge, Silverthorne, Avon and Littleton.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Daily FOH Operations
- Hiring and scheduling FOH staff
- Recording and monitoring targeted sales and costing figures
- Administering payroll
This restaurant is full stack in Toast for POS, payroll, Xtrachef, reservations and Sling scheduling. Experience in Toast is a plus!
You will report to our regional manager who will provide training and support in onboarding into our system. We offer great compensation and a competitive bonus structure for hitting financial goals.
