Well established Italian Restaurant in Breckenridge is seeking a new kitchen manager / head chef to run our back of the house. We are primarily open for happy hour and dinner with the possibility for lunch.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food service and management.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Manage inventory control and food preparation processes to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct interviews and hire new team members as needed.
- Implement organizational skills to streamline kitchen workflows and enhance service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.
