We are seeking a Houseman for our client a private family in Jackson Hole, WY (relocation assistance provided!) This role will be working closely with the House Manager and reporting directly to them. The family is very active and has grown children, as well as dogs. Ideal candidates will be able to work a flexible schedule, be a self-starter, and team player. Looking to hire ASAP!
Responsibilities:
- Daily inspection of the exterior of the property – responsible for the meticulous appearance of the exterior of the
buildings
- Pest control for the interior of the residence
- Clean and reset fireplaces and restock firewood
- Maintain cleanliness of attic and crawl spaces
- Set up/clean off outdoor furniture daily, take in cushions when rain expected
- Maintain the cleanliness of outdoor living areas; patios, porches, pathways, etc.
- Perform maintenance on the exterior of the house; gutter cleaning, cleaning stone, sanitizing doors/handles, cleaning sculptures, cobwebbing, and so forth.
- Assist with housekeeping duties as required
- Inventory and restock household goods, utility items, cleaning supplies, light bulbs, etc.
- Special projects as needed
- Daily lightbulb check (interior and exterior), change as needed
- Schedule and arrange for routine automobile maintenance as necessary, including fueling and cleaning
inside and out, seasonal tire changes
- Pet care; walking, feeding, grooming (on request)
- Other ad hoc responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
- Must have at least 3+ years of experience working in a similar capacity
- Must be handy and posses maintenance and technical skills
- Must be able to work independently and with a team
- Must be self sufficient and take direction well
- Must be able to pass an in-depth background check and provide excellent references
- MUST BE COVID VACCINATED

Compensation:
$40-45 per hour DOE, benefits, 401k plan, etc.
Location:
5 days a week in person in Jackson Hole, WY. Monday - Friday, standard business hours with flexibility as needed.
