This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Project Manager at SteamMaster Restoration and Cleaning in Minturn, CO. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager in expediting project tasks, managing inspections, coordinating logistics, and overseeing project timelines and estimates. You will work closely with the Restoration Manager and the project team to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Duties:

Assist in handling all tasks needed to provide accurate, detailed, and profitable project estimates.

Support the Project Manager in conducting site visits to assess project scope and identify potential challenges or opportunities.

Help complete on-site inspections, including sketching projects, preparing scopes, and taking photos for estimates and invoicing.

Perform 360 scans to assist in project documentation and sketching.

Coordinate logistics and project tasks with the Restoration Manager, Assistant Restoration Managers, and other team members.

Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor the status of multiple projects and assist in progressing invoices and tracking project milestones.

Assist in producing change orders, supplements, and other project documentation as needed.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Proficiency in Xactimate or similar estimating software.

Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Knowledge of residential and light commercial mitigation practices.

Keen attention to detail and a positive, solution-focused attitude.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Strong math and analytical skills.

Team-player mentality with a willingness to accept responsibility when appropriate.

On-location work:

Clean driving record.

High-school diploma or equivalent.

Ideal Qualifications:

CAD/Drafting skills.

Experience using Xactimate estimating software.

Experience with 3D or Matterport scanning systems.

Experience:

One to two years of experience in the restoration or construction industry.

Prior experience in project management or a similar support role.
