Looking for a future leader for the team. We are a GC company in chaffee county and are assembling a full crew over time. Want to hire a lead now to assimilate to our crew and be geared up and prepared to take over after a couple houses together and we'll hire again to stack you up for success when ready. You will have full access to our tools, everything you will need, but bring your own by all means as well. We are willing to compensate generously to the right person. We'll have a set wage and bonuses for on time completion.
Requirements:
2 or more references.
Full understanding of plan reading and demonstrate that in the field.
Transportation and willing to drive from salida to BV, howard and villa Grove.
Ability to lead a team.
We will supply you with anything you need as far as materials on demand and we have extra personnel to put bags on to assist if things fall behind.
We go fast and have a good framing reputation. We need someone who cares about keeping that up and shows up on time.
