Custom Mountain Renovations is hiring a residential renovation lead carpenter and general laborer. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and stable housing in the Summit County area required for all positions. Must provide references. Residential Lead Carpenter Requirements:
- Residential remodeling and construction industry experience
- Responsibilities pertaining to all scopes of renovation work, including but not limited to performing carpentry tasks with the highest quality of craftsmanship in the time allotted, staying informed of the project scope and any changes, light electrical, light plumbing, drywall, tile, etc.
- Ability to lift and transport 50+ lb materials
- Starting pay $35/hr dependent upon experience
General Laborer Requirements:
- Responsibilities including but not limited to job site clean up, material pick up and returns, trash transport to the dump, etc.
- Ability to lift and transport 50+ lb materials
- Starting pay $28/hr dependent on experience
