We are seeking a talented individual who will commit to the challenges of creating and delivering a operational-culinary-driven upscale dining experience. This is a hands-on, working managers role requiring previous experience managing upscale food production, with retail and/or restaurant upscale full service management experience preferred.Sodexo offers a fantastic work/life balance, with room to grow your career in this position. have oversight of day-to-day dining and culinary operations;
control and ensure company and client financial targets and goals are achieved;
ensure that the highest possible standards of food handling and preparation are achieved;
provide technical training and expertise, coaching and leadership to the production team while working side by side in the operation as needed.
