Lead design, development for RCC. Guiding, writing and implementing application software using agile methods.

Ensure quality and timely delivery of the features/capabilities as laid out by the product owner.

Writing source codes for new applications, and/or generating and enhancing code samples for existing applications that is secure and supportable.

Utilizing automated testing tools to perform the testing and maintenance.

What You Will Have:

Software Development: Extensive knowledge in Java and Angular to perform full-stack software development by adopting industry’s best architecture patterns, security best practices; ability to produce software products or systems in line with product requirements.

Software Development Life Cycle: Extensive knowledge of software development life cycle; ability to use a structured methodology (experience in agile methodology preferred) for delivering and managing new or enhanced software products to the marketplace

Software Integration Engineering : Working knowledge of software integration processes and functions; ability to design, develop and maintain interfaces and linkage to external platforms and software packages.

Software Product Design/Architecture: Extensive knowledge of software product architecture and design; ability to convert market requirements into the software product design.

Software Product Testing : Working knowledge of software product testing (Cypress preferred); ability to design, plan, and execute testing strategies and tactics to ensure software product quality and adherence to stated requirements.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Extensive knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

Considerations For Top Candidates:

6+ years of full-stack application development using Java , Angular (11+) leveraging database tools like Postgres.

5+ years of Java, Spring Boot and RESTful API development (preferably Microservices)

Extensive experience developing customer facing applications using front-end frameworks, libraries (Angular 11+) and design patterns.

Strong understanding and experience in Cloud architecture (preferably AWS)
