Animas Brewing Company is seeking applicants for a Full-Time PM Line Cook!
We are a local brewpub soon to celebrate 10 years in business, seeking a responsible experienced cook to lead the PM line. Our menu is mostly scratch and features brewpub classics to pair with our award-winning beer.
The right candidate will have 2+ years experience cooking in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to lead the line, sometimes solo during parts of the slow season. We're willing to train people into the role if this is the next career step for them.
The schedule is Wednesday - Sunday (M/T off), and shifts are from 3 pm to close, usually between 9:15 pm and 10 pm. Competitive pay based on experience, includes a sales-sharing daily bonus, and a shift meal and shift drink.
