Hours and Pay:
25-40 hours/week
Shifts Run 9:30am-6:30PM Monday-Friday (Flexibility within these hours)
$20/Hour during training (typically 2 weeks)
$21-$26 once fully trained (hourly+tips; depends upon on performance and skill level)
Potential quarterly bonuses ($150-300/quarter)
Responsibilities include:
-Food preparation, assembly and delivery
-Receiving orders via phone, online, and in person
-Cleaning, including dishes, sweeping and mopping
Qualified candidates will:
-Have strong customer service/communication skills
-Be self-motivated and take initiative
-Receive and implement feedback
-Take responsibility for themselves and their teammates
-Work well in a high-stimulus and high-pressure environment
