Archuleta Housing has an immediate opening for a person with maintenance experience. This is a part-time position. This position involves taking care of small repairs, general maintenance and larger remodel projects.
We have 65 apartments and common area grounds at 4 sites. Ability to take direction, work as a team or independently is needed. Must have valid driver’s license and submit to a background check.
Starting wage depending on experience.
