Quality Technician

Job Title: Quality Technician (Metrologist)Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a skilled Quality Technician to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of measuring equipment and techniques, with a keen eye for detail and a profound ability to interpret component blueprints. Familiarity with GD&T concepts is essential for ensuring the dimensional accuracy and tolerances of our high-quality products. The Quality Inspector will perform dimensional and functional inspection of in-process, incoming, and finished products to customer specifications under the direction of the Quality Manager using precision measuring equipment, hand tools, and various types of gauging. This role also includes inspection and calibration of various types of gauging and precision measuring equipment, and may involve operation and qualification of CMMs, perthometers, profilometers, gear inspection equipment, and roundness testing equipment.Hard Skills
