We're looking for a highly motivated, compassionate, fun and energetic person to join our team as a Patient Experience Specialist. This position is part medical assistant, part health coach, all big impact on patients' health!
So many people have only so-so medical experiences. Our team offers comprehensive, integrative healthcare to chronically ill patients. We make a huge difference in people's lives every day. As part of our team, you will help patients navigate through their healing process: guide them through check-in, educate them on their treatment plans, follow up with them to help hold them accountable so they achieve their health goals and so much more. Make a real difference!
Experience as a medical assistant, LPN, health coach or similar is a plus, but not required. Experience with vein puncture also a plus, but not required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including typing, web searches, in person and over the phone essential.
