What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be an important part of our accounting crew, helping us keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From sending invoices to tracking payments, you'll make sure the numbers add up and help keep our clients happy.
A Typical Day Might Include:
Creating and sending out invoices
Double-checking delivery records to ensure accurate billing
Updating customer accounts and tracking incoming payments
Posting payments and helping manage AR reports
Answering billing questions from clients
Pitching in to support the accounting team when needed
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
Great attention to detail and good time management
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other basic office tools
Someone who’s trustworthy and keeps confidential info private
A team player who enjoys working with different departments
Bonus points if you’ve used accounting software like QuickBooks, ADP, Paychex, or Sage
