About Us
Poulin Logistics, Inc. specializes in moving wine and spirits from vineyards to retailers with care and accuracy. We’re growing and looking for a detail-oriented, friendly Billing Associate to support our accounting team.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and send invoices
Verify delivery records for accurate billing
Update customer accounts and track payments
Post payments and assist with AR reporting
Respond to client billing questions
Support general accounting tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and time management
Proficient in Excel and basic office tools
Discreet with confidential information
Team player with great communication skills
Bonus: Experience with QuickBooks, ADP, Paychex, or Sage
